Who We Are

Our StoryIt's always been a dream of mine to own a restaurant.  With the onset of COVID-19, a restaurant just wasn't a viable option.  Smoking food has brought me great joy to make over the years for friends and family.  After hearing after every meal that I needed to start selling my smoked meats, I finally decided to take the plunge.  
All of the finished smoked meats that we offer are all locally sourced with the exception of fish.  All of our pork, beef and chicken are locally raised.  Our cheeses come from local creameries and all smoked in-house.  We also offer custom smoking for wild game you provide.  We also specialize in deer summer sausage making and smoking.

Since day one, we’ve been working tirelessly in order to expand our product offerings and make our customers experience even better. We’re proud of how far we’ve come, yet remain committed to performing even better. Our collections are carefully selected.
